Tauceti.dk is an evolving collection of mathematical ideas, concepts and learning paths — built to help students move beyond memorisation and see how mathematics actually connects.
Much of mathematics is taught as a sequence of chapters: algebra, functions, calculus, probability, geometry. But the boundaries between these topics are often artificial.
Tauceti.dk aims to build a different kind of learning environment — one where concepts are connected through definitions, intuition, derivations, examples and relationships.
It is designed primarily for students who are curious about mathematics and want to understand the structure underneath the methods they are taught.
Tauceti.dk is planned as a structured mathematical knowledge system — combining the clarity of a textbook with the interconnectedness of a knowledge graph.
Focused explanations of individual mathematical ideas, from foundational algebra to calculus and beyond.
Explore how concepts depend on, extend and connect to one another. Mathematics becomes a network rather than a straight line.
Curriculum maps for different backgrounds and goals, helping students understand what to learn next and why that topic matters.
English and Chinese are the starting point, with the possibility of adding Danish and other languages later.
Search and filter concepts by subject, difficulty, curriculum and relationships, making the knowledge base useful as it grows.
The project is intentionally modular. New concepts, diagrams, languages and mathematical subjects can be added without rebuilding the entire system.
Tauceti.dk is an ongoing project. The first version does not need to contain all of mathematics — it only needs to establish a structure that can grow.
Establish the core mathematical concepts, writing standards, metadata structure and curriculum map.
Introduce backlinks, relationships and visual exploration so that users can navigate mathematics through ideas rather than only through chapters.
Expand multilingual content, improve search and filtering, and experiment with interactive mathematical visualisations.
Eventually, Tauceti.dk could become a place where students can explore mathematics from multiple curricula and build their own paths through it.
